Meet the team

Sim has been a nurse  for 15 years in Canada, Los Angeles and New York. Her experience includes being a bedside nurse in various ICUs including UCLA, Cedars Sinai Medical Center, USC and other surrounding hospitals in the Los Angeles area including Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center, Saint Joseph's Medical Center, Glendale Adventist Medical Center, Simi Valley Medical Center and Los Robles Medical Center. Sim is well versed in post operative care as she also works in the post-anesthesia care unit at UCLA. 

Since 2021, Sim has been working as a legal nurse consultant, mainly attending DMEs all over Los Angeles county. 

Nikhil is a family physician with specialized training in emergency medicine. He practices full-scope family medicine and works across multiple clinical sites. His experience spans a wide range of settings, including community clinics and high-acuity emergency departments, where he provides comprehensive care to diverse patient populations.

In addition to his clinical work, Nikhil is well-versed in occupational medicine, insurance-related care, and work-related injury management. He has experience supporting patients through disability claims and return-to-work planning, offering both medical expertise and practical guidance to navigate complex systems.

Nikhil brings a broad and adaptable skill set to his practice, grounded in a strong commitment to patient-centered care and system navigation.
